In the Blood by
Lisa Unger My rating:
4 of 5 stars This ended up being a lot better than I thought it would be. By about halfway/two thirds of the way through, I was already pretty sure I knew the secrets and had figured out the mysteries. There are plenty of, well, not so subtle hints and clues about what/who/why, so I was engaging in a bit of eye rolling. Ultimately, this didn't blow my mind, but I was taken by surprise a few times, and it was a pretty engaging thriller, despite having a few flaws.
